Led by industry expert Michael Casey, ACI, MCI, Director of Education at Home Inspection University, this course provides a comprehensive understanding of nomenclature, materials, installation procedures, and common defects. With a timed outline covering key components and learning objectives, participants will enhance their proficiency in interior stairway inspection. This includes a 2-hour mandatory Continuing Education (CE) session, which is available in a virtual format through Zoom.


STAIRWAY INSPECTIONS

This session offers an introductory exploration into residential interior stairway inspection, encompassing materials, common defects, and inspection criteria. Topics include stairway components, landings, risers, treads, hand/guard rails, and tools for inspection. Designed for individuals seeking knowledge in interior stairway inspection, the course provides essential insights and best practices.
