Jon Bolton holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He possesses multiple certifications and licenses and has been performing professional home and building inspections since 1998. He has authored many home inspection related articles for local and national publications.

He has authored two books entitled Tactical Real Estate Negotiator and How to be a Home Inspector Badass. He formerly served as a board member for Central Florida Realty Investors.

He has been featured on several radio programs, in the New York Times and Orlando Magazine and is an invited
